The Mind, Body & Spirit Show has been running twice a year for approximately 8 years now,  Each time  we are very well  supported  and has become known as one of the Best Shows in the Bristol & surrounding areas

Nearly 600 customers came to our  last 1 day event in OCTOBER 2011 and we are pleased to say that every show gets more & more popular. .
